🪙 Crypto News:
In July, a judge ruled that Ripple’s XRP sales on exchanges did not satisfy the definition of a security
Shortly after, the SEC appealed this ruling, as it sets a precedent for crypto in regards to securities laws
This early appeal by the SEC was denied by the same judge
The 31-year-old former “Crypto King” is beginning a roughly six-week battle
SBF is charged with using customer funds to spend extravagantly on himself, and making over $100M in political donations
He has been awaiting trial from prison since August, when his bail was revoked for sending his ex-girlfriend’s writings to a New York Times reporter

The change has come as part of a larger movement to abstract away the difficult parts of dealing with a Web3 product
The name - Ludo is “play” in latin - is a reference to the ease of their plug-and-play solution

AWS has partnered with AltheaAI to provide storage and computation resources

They launched a no-code hub for creators, with tools for minting, storytelling, and a myriad of other cutting-edge NFT features
OS Studio supports collections on most blockchains that OpenSea is compatible with
The 15 artists have released 15 pixelated squares as part of their contribution
Users can create their own postcards, where each has 15 blank ‘stamps’ that the next person in the chain gets to sign and design
Each stamp can be claimed on the blockchain by the creator

The IoT landscape is projected to hit $5,000,000,000,000 (five trillion) by 2030
IoT infrastructure has been lacking innovation, hindering this growth

Science is now learning of the therapeutic effects of MDMA, and Tactogen is developing non-psychedelic ‘enactogens’ that provide a more focused, gentle healing
Conservative estimates suggest up to 25% of adults could benefit significantly from MDMA therapy
